The reason I didn't give 5 star is the back strap doesnt stay at the suggestion place.I have try 2 other brands carrier. Their lock are hard to use and open and some of the brand doesn't have lumbar support, I have back pain after use.I order this and Amazon sent me a defective one. One of the shoulder clips unclipped really easy. So I returned it. The company personally reached out and replaced the carry with a new one and it’s great very comfortable.I got this for my husband since he didn't want to wear the "girly hippy wrap" I have for our 2 month old. Hubs is 6'2/230 pounds so, this works well for bigger folks. I had ordered another carrier that was similar to this and my hubs and baby hated it (baby screamed his head off). This carrier is a win. It's super comfortable for baby and hubs. We've taken our little hiking in this so, it's breathable and not too hot or material too thick. It's adjustable (worked when he was only 1 month). I can wear it comfortably as well. Would highly recommend.Quality built, easy to use, an amazing productReally liked this backpack as I was trying for few that my kid likes. The other one I tired is lulle baby ergonomic one and my kid didn’t like it so had to return it. This one is perfect as he likes it and we liked it too since it is easy to wear and has pouch where we can keep stuff like water bottle and kid snacks. Option to have the kid as a backpack is great too. The only thing I can suggest is to have the strap a bit below since it comes near the neck area. Otherwise perfect backpack.My grandson is 1 and the info under the item says up to 45 lbs- on the box it clearly states up to 33 lbs- the company was quick to accept my returnI wanted to replace the ergo carrier I got which caused bruises on my baby’s thighs so I thought to give this one a try since it is also cheaper. Honestly It exceeded my expectations. They are not using clasps or Velcro that wear with time. Also it is so soft on my baby’s legs and my baby girl loves the teething pads. We stroll for long times and I feel extremely comfortable in it. I use the forward facing carrying position because my baby is an anxious explorer and hates riding facing me. Also the front storage is big enough to place my stuff easily. One of the best purchases I made in 2019!I paid for a new carrier and clearly received a used one. There were sticks and dirt in one of the pouches. Stains all over. And I didn't receive the lumbar support pad. Very disappointed I love the easy of this carrier.
